Return and Replacement Policy

Items on this website are non-returnable due to the consumable/hygiene/wellness nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different items delivered to you, we will provide a refund or replacement as applicable. Customers can initiate a return through a registered contact number within 24 hours of receipt of products.

Before initiating a replacement/refund our Customer support will contact you to ascertain the damage or defect and also we reserve the right to pick up the product before issuing a refund/replacement.

Note: Replacement is strictly denied if the product is found in unsealed/opened/used condition.
